Fees for Nutrition Therapy
Payment can be made at the time of the appointment with check or cash or by credit card in advance through PayPal. No insurance will be accepted at the office, however; your payment receipt will include all the information you need to file a claim with your insurance carrier if you wish. If you are interested in working with me as your eating disorders specialist, I will provide a free 20 minute phone consult. Just e-mail me at katez2 at verizon.net to set up the call..
